You have the right to revoke the agreement with Joefster & Co within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. However, this does not apply if the product title or description clearly states that customization is involved. Customization is created by choosing a size, finish or other form of execution that is not in stock at our manufacturer or in our warehouse.
How do I return a product?
Notify us that you want to return an item. This can be done by telephone (+39 340 11 77 777) on working days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or by e-mail and is necessary for processing the return notification.
Fill in the return form that you received with your order. Do not forget to state the order number and your details. Did you not receive a form? Let us know, we will sent you one.

• Pack the product to be returned in the original packaging and make sure it cannot be damaged in transit. The delivery method for returns is usually the same as for receiving.
• We make an appointment for larger packages. During the cooling-off period of 14 days, you may of course unpack or use the product as you would in the store. If you use the product in such a way that it can no longer be sold ‘as new’, Joefster & Co may decide that you will receive less money for the product.
How long does it take for my payment to be refunded?
As quickly as possible. We will refund the full purchase amount to your account within 30 days after dissolution. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a credit invoice with any settlement of the transport costs.
I have received a damaged or wrong product
Despite our precautions, it can, unfortunately happen that a product is damaged before or during delivery.
If you have received a damaged product, please contact our customer service via info@joefster.com. Please enclose a photo on which the damage is clearly visible and the invoice number, so that we can help you right away.
It also occasionally happens that you receive the wrong product. Of course we do everything we can to prevent these situations. In case of a wrong product, please contact our customer service.
